Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, paying close attention to the interplay between patients' psychological and medical conditions, to identify tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical issues, ensuring a cohesive approach to each patient's wellbeing.

• Work closely with medical professionals to coordinate care, sharing insights and observations that inform treatment and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support individuals with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also addressing co-occurring medical issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals facing mental health needs coupled with medical conditions, showcasing a strong understanding of integrated healthcare practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of establishing rapport with diverse clients.
