This position is fully remote, allowing you flexibility in managing your schedule while maintaining regular business hours. Although the majority of your work will be conducted via telehealth, you will have the opportunity to engage with patients at our state-of-the-art detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients undergoing detox.

• Deliver individual counseling and crisis intervention services to patients confronting a variety of mental health issues, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Lead therapy groups and wellness workshops focused on coping strategies, mindfulness, and emotional regulation; these sessions help empower patients and foster community.

• Collaborate actively with our medical teams, support staff, and community organizations to ensure holistic patient care, coordinating resources and referrals as necessary.

• Engage in essential outreach programs to promote mental health awareness, and facilitate events that educate the patient community about available resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals requiring detoxification and facing various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression. You will work with a diverse clientele that comes from various backgrounds, presenting a unique opportunity to address the multifaceted nature of mental health issues in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is essential; advanced degrees in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work are highly preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of current therapeutic modalities, including evidence-based practices suitable for clinical detox settings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with a diverse range of healthcare professionals and patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
