Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying strengths and areas of need to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring clear communication and documentation of care objectives.

• Provide case management services to our clients, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to enhance patient support.

• Maintain timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation in line with departmental expectations to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Engage in regular patient reviews and participate actively in clinical meetings, providing updates about patient progress and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors serve a diverse array of clients, including adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges alongside substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health or closely related fields.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in substance use treatment and detoxification settings is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our benefits include:
