Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop custom treatment plans that address individual goals.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to educate clients about mental health challenges, foster community, and reduce stigma.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and ensure a holistic approach.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for patients experiencing acute mental health situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in New York as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required.
