Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health concerns, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and intake interviews.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a range of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, all tailored to foster client growth.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment approaches to ensure efficacy and client engagement.

• Offer remote teletherapy options for clients, enhancing accessibility and ensuring that support is readily available, particularly for those facing logistical challenges accessing in-person care.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, consistent with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
