Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients entering the detox program, identifying their mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, ensuring a diverse approach to mental health care.

• Engage in collaborative case management, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care.

• Deliver timely and effective crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, utilizing your clinical skills and empathy to navigate challenging situations safely.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license is required as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships with a wide variety of clients.

• Proven cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Strong organizational skills, with a commitment to accurate and timely documentation for compliance and client care continuity.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in substance abuse or mental health treatment environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
