Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client needs and mental health statuses to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide ongoing counseling and psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients effectively.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches and facilitate referrals as needed.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support, utilizing your skills to assess emotional and behavioral challenges in real-time situations.

• Consult regularly with clients’ families and support systems, ensuring they are informed and actively involved in the treatment and discharge plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will focus on a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. The ability to work with individuals from different backgrounds and tailor your therapeutic approaches accordingly is essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is necessary, demonstrating a strong clinical background.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and maintain a self-directed work style.

• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office, and comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms for service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with integrated care models, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and knowledge of community resources for referral purposes are highly preferred. A history of collaboration within a multidisciplinary framework and strong skills in crisis intervention will distinguish candidates for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clear Space Wellness Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary package, employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
