Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider each patient's unique medical history and current health status, identifying the interplay between mental and physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be serving a diverse patient demographic, including individuals with a range of mental health disorders—such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD—who may also be managing chronic medical conditions like autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, or substance use issues. You will be instrumental in guiding these individuals through their therapeutic journey, ensuring they receive compassionate, comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a fully accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or as a licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services, particularly to clients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong understanding of ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
