Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological states to establish a foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies based on assessments, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Guide couples through therapy sessions to enhance communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relational bonds.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to reflect evolving goals and challenges.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Be available to provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Stay informed of current trends, research, and best practices in marriage and family therapy through professional development opportunities.

• Advocate for client rights, empowering individuals to take an active role in their treatment decisions and wellness journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges, allowing you to apply a breadth of therapeutic techniques. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active LMFT licensure through the State Board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
