Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain rapport with clients to create a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct initial assessments, evaluations, and diagnostics to determine appropriate treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each patient.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients to provide ongoing counseling and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and utilize data to inform treatment adjustments.

• Engage in case management activities, including referrals to specialists and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to support clients with mental health disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
