Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health challenges and craft personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health issues. Your clients may be coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and other emotional or psychological challenges. By providing a nonjudgmental, empathetic approach, you will create a safe space that fosters trust and openness, encouraging clients to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
