Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices to address clients' mental health needs.

• Provide therapy sessions via virtual platforms, ensuring effective use of tools and methodologies specific to online counseling.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, collaborate on care plans, and coordinate services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress assessments in accordance with agency requirements.

• Meet billing expectations set forth by the agency and provide services consistent with program funding requirements.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and technologies.

• Respond to on-call duties as needed, which may involve after-hours engagement based on program requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from infants to older adults, presenting a wide array of mental health challenges. The therapist will work with individuals and families facing issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Emphasizing culturally relevant approaches, the candidate will adapt therapeutic modalities to fit the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, fostering trust and effective engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and an understanding of the principles of trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $90,000 and $100,000 yearly, dependent on the caseload and experience of the candidate.
