This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide services primarily within schools located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, contributing to a supportive workplace that values professional development and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring comprehensive understanding and tailored interventions.

• Deliver exceptional counseling and health education to students, focusing on behavior management, coping strategies, and overall wellness.

• Design and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and educational staff, aiming for measurable improvement in mental health outcomes.

• Facilitate goal-setting sessions with clients to empower them in managing mental health and chronic health conditions, utilizing both synchronous and asynchronous methods.

• Engage in proactive outreach to maintain client engagement, utilizing preferred communication methods to encourage active participation in their care journey.

• Accurately document all patient interactions, progress notes, and care plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with students and their families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. You will utilize culturally responsive practices to create individualized strategies that resonate with each client’s unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in mental health, counseling, or outpatient settings, ideally with youth populations.

• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly in school-based settings.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
