Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments of clients' mental health concerns, employing standardized diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques to formulate clear clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of clients, ensuring that all participants feel heard and supported.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, including risk assessments and the development of immediate action plans.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment outcomes that adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care while engaging in regular case conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families who present with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
