Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while operating within a community health clinic model. Our therapists work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs. The remote setting ensures that our therapists can maintain productivity and engagement while accessing advanced telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient documentation and care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions through modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that foster community connection and address common mental health challenges faced by patients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance and assessment for patients in distress.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, empowering them to engage actively in their own recovery.

• Ensure all patient documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy effectively, with sensitivity to diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.
