Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual's circumstances.

• Provide empathetic and effective individual and group counseling, utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement customized service plans aimed at addressing specific goals and objectives outlined by clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Advocate fervently for clients’ rights, leveraging community resources, and addressing systemic barriers to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
