Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health diagnoses, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and organizational policies.

• Maintain meticulous records by preparing and submitting documentation for each session according to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with treatment plan reviews and case documentation protocols.

• Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with clients to understand their needs while fostering a safe, inclusive atmosphere for therapeutic growth.

• Utilize creative and dynamic therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs to help them achieve and surpass their personal wellness goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, and family members to coordinate and align services, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance professional development and stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele encompassing a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery and relationship issues. Your ability to foster respect and empathy for all individuals will be vital as you assist clients in navigating their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Ability to establish and maintain stable, appropriate boundaries while providing compassionate support to clients.

• Proficiency in timely completion and submission of documentation related to client services.
