Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), targeting clients’ unique stressors and mental health goals.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client’s specific challenges, strengths, and treatment objectives, tailoring mindfulness practices to meet their needs.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, such as meditation and breathing techniques, to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Organize and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building exercises.

• Incorporate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, effectively addressing clients’ mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.

Qualifications\n
