Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, specifically focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans based on their unique goals, preferences, and clinical needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective interventions for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes based on clinical best practices.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
