Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven approaches to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care that meets both the immediate and long-term needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing acute situations that require immediate attention and support, while employing your clinical skills and empathy.

Qualifications\n

• Alicensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
