Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to establish a foundational understanding of the patient's mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Diagnose and develop tailored treatment plans that address various disorders, continuously updating these plans based on patient progress and feedback.
\n
• Actively engage in crisis intervention measures, working with a patient-centered approach to promptly connect patients with necessary resources and referrals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including family members, healthcare providers, and community resources, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and effective discharge planning.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as adherence to the Mental Health Practice Act and organizational policies.

• Prioritize daily tasks by assessing new and ongoing patient needs to provide effective support to patients and their families.

• Deliver educational support, guidance to patients and their families, and facilitate access to community mental health resources.

• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring effective communication with all involved parties to support the patient's journey towards recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports individuals experiencing mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other emotional difficulties. Your expertise will be essential in providing empathetic and culturally competent care to a diverse client base, enhancing their overall well-being and social functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist in the state of Arizona.

• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and a commitment to delivering care in a virtual format.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective patient interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary:
