Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in stress reduction and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to enhance self-awareness and emotional well-being.

• Implement and lead group workshops that cover topics such as stress management and resilience-building strategies, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness practices into a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness intervention outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
