Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Provide effective individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Document clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure proper client care and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care while addressing all aspects of client well-being.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and integrate new techniques and evidence into practice through ongoing professional development and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and family relationship challenges. Many of our clients have limited access to mental health care. Your role will be to empower these individuals and families, providing them with valuable coping strategies and support as they navigate their paths toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of clinical practices.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment, is essential to meet the demands of this role.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health practice.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a varied clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
