Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Leaf Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. By helping clients develop essential skills and strategies, you will contribute to enhancing their quality of life and overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and valid independent license to practice, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• Proficiency in using technology and strong computer literacy skills for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n
