Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique benefit of remote work, capitalizing on our telehealth capabilities. You will engage with clients from the comfort of your own home or preferred setting while remaining connected to a supportive and collaborative team. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis, providing flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and impact on daily living.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower their involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress regularly, documenting all sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by promoting the de-stigmatization of mental health issues and providing support for their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services cater to a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals coping with mood disorders. This role will equate to interacting with a variety of patients from different backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and circumstances. As a therapist, you will guide them through therapeutic processes aimed at improving their mental health and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is necessary.

• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities specifically for mood disorders, such as CBT and DBT.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with a minimum of two years post-licensure experience in treating mood disorders will be highly regarded. Additionally, familiarity with psychopharmacology and collaborative care approaches that involve psychiatrists and other medical professionals will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A proven track record in achieving successful client outcomes in mental health therapy is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
