This position offers a remote work setup through our telehealth platform, enabling you to provide services to clients across various locations whilst adhering to a flexible schedule. We understand the importance of work-life balance and have established business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration, establishing a thorough understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored, individualized treatment plans that take into account their specific needs, objectives, and personal preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in their journey towards mental wellness.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families related to mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery process.

• Monitor treatment outcomes and clients' progress, adjusting the treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, well-rounded care for our clients.

• Stay informed on current research and methodologies in mood disorders to continually enhance treatment efficacy and best practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities that foster your clinical skills and knowledge base.

• Act as an advocate for clients, working to de-stigmatize mental health issues and promote their broader mental health needs within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will primarily be dedicated to individuals grappling with a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disturbances. Your compassionate approach and evidence-based therapeutic practices will help clients navigate their challenges, foster resilience, and achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• Proficiency in clinical practice with evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, focused on clients with mood disorders.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology, with the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive clinical outcomes for clients with mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to establish strong rapport with diverse clients.
