This position allows for a flexible and remote work arrangement, enabling you to effectively balance your professional responsibilities while focusing on patient care. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient demand. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account patients’ psychiatric and medical histories.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients, coordinating with healthcare professionals to address both mental and physical health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
