Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, taking into account their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy, utilizing various evidence-based modalities, to address the specific needs of clients.
\n
• Complete all necessary documentation including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization records promptly to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis response, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to maintain stability and promote recovery among clients.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate the smooth transition of patients from therapy to independence.
\n
• Adhere to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures to ensure ethical and professional practice.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to maintain licensure and improve therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultation and agency meetings to collaborate with colleagues and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Complete all mandated training necessary for licensure upkeep and professional competency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In this position, you can expect a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with your experience and licensure.
