The work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account the impact of both psychological and medical conditions on patients' well-being.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs of patients, ensuring well-coordinated care.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, tailored specifically to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with medical professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes, participating actively in interdisciplinary care conferences.

• Offer crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, providing immediate care and stabilization strategies.

• Empower patients through education regarding the interplay between mental health and physical well-being, helping them manage their conditions more effectively.

• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in strict compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss treatment strategies and client progress.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
