Our outpatient office is based in Elgin, Illinois, where we serve a wide range of demographics, including various cultural backgrounds and age groups.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses based on evidenced criteria.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address specific issues and goals for each individual client, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, ensuring to adapt methodologies that fit the unique dynamics of each client session.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying de-escalation techniques and coordinating with emergency resources when necessary.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans that encompass psychiatric consultations, medication management, and additional support services.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics and resources, advocating for their needs and facilitating access to relevant community programs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from different backgrounds, and your ability to understand and empathize with their unique circumstances will be crucial in fostering a therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
