Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique concerns.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to each client using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Establish specific therapeutic goals and closely monitor client progress to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients facing challenges attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as per ethical and HIPAA standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance therapeutic skills, knowledge, and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges related to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach.

• Ability to effectively organize and manage time to balance client load and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide:
