Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, establish clinical diagnoses, and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), specifically adjusted to meet the unique goals of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in one of the following areas: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
