Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing effective treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborating with other health professionals to coordinate client care, attending multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive support for your clients.

• Providing crisis intervention and emergency support to clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating quick and effective decision-making skills during critical situations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exhibit sensitivity and cultural competence when working with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling are preferred. Experience with crisis intervention, group therapy, and community outreach initiatives will be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also ideal, as it will enhance your efficiency in managing client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
