Master of Emotion, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote telehealth capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering compassionate mental health services that include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and specialized interventions for diverse populations spanning from children to adolescents and adults.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health treatment, conducting thorough assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses of mental health disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize age-appropriate psychotherapy techniques, integrating clients' developmental needs into all aspects of service delivery.

• Facilitate engaging psychotherapy groups for children, families, and multi-family units, employing psychoeducation and collaborative discussions.

• Maintain open and proactive communication with clients' families and support networks, including schools and support agencies, to coordinate services and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Stay informed and incorporate Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) principles into daily practice.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with agency policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness through efficient electronic health record management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including seeking training opportunities for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to maintain licensure and refine best practices.

• Participate in monthly clinical supervision sessions and quality assurance reviews of documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or the state where you reside.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly via electronic means.
