This position is fully remote, embracing the telehealth framework that allows for flexible working arrangements while promoting a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders, alongside evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience facilitating individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a track record of effective resolution in high-stress situations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
