Work Environment\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will operate remotely while contributing to our integrated community health clinic. Our clinic's ethos emphasizes flexibility, compassion, and cultural awareness, enabling us to address the unique needs of every patient. Our work schedule is typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments centered on cultural considerations to accurately understand the backgrounds and needs of patients.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring that they align with the cultural and personal values of each patient.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that empower patients to manage their mental health challenges and promote resilience.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment for each patient.

• Educate patients and their family members about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and community resources available to enhance their support network.

• Maintain complete and confidential patient records in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.

• Engage in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights, as well as participate in ongoing cultural competency training.

You will work with clients facing a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy in an inclusive, culturally responsive manner.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure during emergency situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients from all walks of life.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong grasp of relevant technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
