Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), through virtual sessions that promote engagement and progress.

• Regularly monitor and track clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plans to optimize recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology for effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

• A proven track record of successful outcomes in treating mood disorders, with excellent communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
