Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, employing a strengths-based approach.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to reflect changes in their mental health status and personal goals.

Qualifications\n
