Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate, ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat to support clients in their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of stable, low-acuity adult clients, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid, full license to practice independently in the state of Washington, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Excellent computer literacy with an aptitude for using telehealth technology.
