Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at New Leaf Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor individual therapeutic approaches.

You will be serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. Our goal is to empower clients by helping them develop essential skills, enhance their quality of life, and achieve their mental health objectives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and fully independent license to practice in one of the following categories:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature.

• Strong computer literacy to effectively utilize our therapy platform.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth practices, strong familiarity with solution-focused treatment modalities, or prior work in community health settings will be favored. A history of working with low-acuity clients can also enhance your candidacy.
