Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to promote healing and growth.

• Provide structured support for clients struggling with PTSD, helping them navigate their experiences and develop coping mechanisms.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, efficiently tracking client progress and making appropriate referrals to other services as necessary to optimize care.

• Document client interactions meticulously, adhering to ICD-9 standards to ensure complete and accurate records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to enhance treatment plans and overall care strategies.

• Engage in family counseling sessions, facilitating communication and understanding among family members to foster positive relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied patient population, including individuals coping with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Your expertise will be particularly valuable in catering to clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that therapy is culturally competent and sensitive to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current California state licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) necessary to provide mental health services.

• At least two years of demonstrated experience in therapeutic settings, with a focus on case management and client care.

• Proficient in various therapeutic methodologies, particularly CBT and ABA, to effectively address client needs.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients and team members alike.

• A commitment to treating individuals with respect and understanding, particularly those from underrepresented communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
