Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, leveraging standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify clients’ mental health needs effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, incorporating evidence-based methodologies and tracked outcomes.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate actively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, employing your expertise in appropriate de-escalation techniques and available resources.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, such as workshops and seminars, to promote mental health awareness and decrease stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a broad spectrum of the community, encompassing individuals from various ages, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You’ll encounter a variety of mental health concerns, which may include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma histories, and more. Providing culturally competent care and fostering trust are essential components in building therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license, either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or have a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
