Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs and backgrounds of clients, ensuring personalized therapeutic interventions.

• Provide engaging and focused one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing an array of strategies from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions that ensure clients have uninterrupted access to their mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of adults presenting with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their journey toward improved mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective caseload management and completion of administrative responsibilities.

• A clean disciplinary record with the relevant licensing board.
