Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and therapeutic approaches.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual, group, and family settings. Employ techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities based on client needs.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to enable coordinated care, ensuring that clients receive a holistic approach to their mental health treatment.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating empathy and effective problem-solving skills during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach programs, aiming to enhance mental health literacy and promote wellbeing among various populations.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
