Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that individual needs are identified and understood.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on comprehensive evaluation and need assessments.
\n
• Thoroughly document patient interactions, treatment plans, billing details, and insurance authorization forms in accordance with specified time frames to uphold organizational and regulatory standards.

• Develop crisis management, safety, and relapse prevention plans to support patients in maintaining stable functioning during challenging times.
\n
• Formulate effective discharge plans in collaboration with patients, aiming for continued progress post-treatment.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all applicable federal and state laws, as well as NEHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical practice.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending training and educational sessions to enhance skills and competencies.
\n
• Actively participate in case consultation meetings to discuss patient progress, share best practices, and contribute to team knowledge.
\n
• Complete all mandatory training and maintain licensure requirements to provide effective mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will work with various ages and backgrounds, ensuring that each patient receives the empathetic, individualized care they deserve. Your role is integral to creating a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable clients, where they can explore their mental health concerns and receive the necessary support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of culturally diverse practices in mental health care.

• Proven skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivering effective individual and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Serenity Peaks offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your licensure and experience.
