Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renewal Mind Psychotherapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, with consistent scheduling to ensure reliability for clients.

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients.
\n
• Collaborating with the Admissions and Assessment team to ensure appropriate client placement and continuity of care.
\n
• Participating in regular case consultations with fellow clinicians to share insights and improve service delivery.
\n
• Documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention when needed to support clients in acute distress.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adolescents and young adults, a demographic known for facing unique and pressing mental health challenges. This role presents a unique opportunity to connect with clients in a meaningful way, with a maximum of 8 clients per group session. This allows for intense and focused therapeutic work aimed at fostering sustainable healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• A valid clinical license, such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT.
\n
• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, tailored to either a contract (1099) or W2 employment arrangement.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to delivering compassionate and effective care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing telehealth services preferred but not required.
\n
• Experience in engaging with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting.
\n
• A background in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat various mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:
