Key Responsibilities\n

• Continuously contribute to the enhancement of positive behavior support plans, working alongside interdisciplinary teams to implement these strategies.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic meets or exceeds all required standards for mental health services.

• Serve as a liaison for clients with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and support the overarching mission of the agency.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify partnership opportunities, funding sources, and program enhancement strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities including attending conferences and workshops, sharing expertise, and contributing to statewide initiatives related to mental health.
