Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with colleagues in developing effective pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and positive behavior support plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in adherence to regulatory standards and timely submission requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to inform treatment approaches.

• Actively engage in all phases of licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and quality care standards.

• Serve as a liaison with community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to bolster support networks for clients.

• Create open lines of communication with all stakeholders involved in patient care, working towards fulfilling contract expectations and enhancing the organization's public mission.

• Network with local and state agencies to foster alliances and secure potential funding for our programs.

• Pursue continuous professional development through attending seminars, conferences, and engaging in training to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to promote the overall success of our clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
