Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and needs, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that clients receive the ongoing support and resources they need on their journey to recovery.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals to psychiatrists, social services, and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or similar in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in a clinical setting, providing assessment and treatment to individuals with mental health disorders.

• A profound understanding of psychological disorders and therapeutic methodologies, coupled with advanced cultural competence in delivering therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
