Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive mental health assessments of clients to ascertain their emotional and psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address common mental health challenges and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and holistic care for patients.

• Respond to and manage crisis situations effectively, providing immediate interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on various mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
